Methodology

Below are the rules for choosing topics and working with data, along with the limits of the approach stated out loud.

Where topics and evidence come from

A topic starts with a concrete question that has no short answer. The piece is built around verifiable figures rather than around general reasoning.

What the material does not replace

The texts explain how things generally work but do not account for particular circumstances. A decision with consequences needs a consultation with a qualified specialist.

How often material is updated

A piece is not rewritten for the sake of a fresh date: an edit is made when the facts have changed, and the date is accompanied by a note on what exactly changed.
